I would really like to see Benny back with the Brewers. Seriously some of his injury history is extremely flukey. Apart from his last season (08) his injuries weren't throwing related. Sheets is a lights out pitcher who was always great fun to watch. Remember the 18 k game against the Braves? His career 7.6 k/9 ratio? Remember when he was healthy in 2004 and should have been in the argument for the Cy Young? He had a 2.7 era! He k'd 264 people! He was worth 8.0 WAR! He only won 12 games in 2004... (I can't wait til you review 2004) How in the hell does Sheets win only 12 games with a 2.7 era? Where's the run support?
I guess it's easy to see that I want #15 back on the mound wearing the Blue & Gold of Milwaukee. Chewing his fingernails (Maybe he'll be past that without "Nervous" Ned around?) in the dugout. Standing as far back and away from the plate as possible when it's his turn to bat (always a highlight of Sheets is watching him swing like a scared little kid).
We could do far worse then bringing Ben Sheets back for a year or two.

huh? "45 homeruns and 145 RBIs", then how did Prince break the record with his 127th? It was 125 rbi and 45 HR, still a good season tho...

"Sheets ended up falling apart in the second half of the season" god what a wuss, I really hope Melvin does not consider bringing him back,... not sure sheets would want to anyhow..
